TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Who we are

2. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation by WhatsApp or email. For day experiences, confirmation is normally immediate. For private journeys, a booking is confirmed upon acceptance of our written proposal and, where stated, receipt of a deposit.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for day experiences are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express via Stripe) or in cash on the day of the experience. Private journeys are quoted individually; payment terms are stated in each proposal.

4. Cancellation by you

Day experiences may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, or failure to appear, are charged in full. Private journeys carry the cancellation terms stated in their proposal, reflecting commitments made to hotels and partners on your behalf.

5. Cancellation or changes by us

Desert, mountain and sea activities depend on weather and safety conditions. Where conditions or authorities require it, we may adjust the itinerary, offer an alternative date, or refund the affected experience in full. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

6. Pickup and punctuality

Hotel pickup within Dubai is included where stated. Pickup windows are confirmed the evening before. If you cannot be located at the agreed pickup point and time and remain unreachable, the booking is treated as a no-show.

7. Health, age and safety

You must inform us of pregnancy, back or heart conditions, reduced mobility, and the ages of all children at the time of booking. Certain activities carry age and health restrictions, summarised in our Age Policy. You agree to follow the instructions of our guides and drivers at all times.

8. Liability

We operate with licensed guides, insured vehicles and selected partners. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the booked experience. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road closures and acts of authorities.

9. Your belongings and images

Personal belongings remain your responsibility. Where our team takes photographs during an experience, we will only use images of guests for marketing with consent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Place of jurisdiction is Dubai.
